Tomek Grochot’s latest project brings together the experience of three professional musicians whose roots lie in classical and jazz music and who now make their journey through the possibilities electronics offers.
Biography
Tomek Grochot – drummer/percussionist/composer. A classically trained, independent musician playing mainly jazz and jazz related styles of music. Graduated from the Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland in 1999. At present he is working on a project featuring his own compositions, which had their premiere in 2006 during a special concert opening a new concert season in Studio S-5 of Cracow Radio. Both the audience and critics welcomed Grochot’s music and all performers – a quintet of renowned Polish jazzmen – with great enthusiasm and respect.
